Working closely with local
Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), donor project teams and
private sector enterprises, JOBS Bangladesh offers workplace
behavior, business management, entrepreneurial skills development,
and IT training to community-based organizations,
micro-entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Training provides
capacity development assistance to address the specific needs of
participants, and works to explore and expand the human capacity
within targeted sectors and populations.
Current training
activities target adolescent girls (UNICEF)
, recovering drug users (FHI)
, and char-dwellers (Concern)
as well as program staff in partner NGOs that work with these
targeted clients.
